Starlite & Campbell is a prog.band formed by married couple and multi-instrumentalists Suzy Starlite and Simon Campbell. Because they play so many instruments together and are both vocalists, there is only one guest musician. ‘Starlite one’ is their third album. There is a lot of variation in the music: ‘Saving Me’ has a fairly catchy rhythm. ‘Blow Them All To Pieces’ has a singer- songwriter vibe due to its acoustic guitar sounds and calm vocals. This is in contrast to ‘A Part Of Me Is Broken (Part Two)’, which leans more towards prog rock. The electronic sounds of the keys are featured in various ways. In part due to the soundscapes, this concept album has a calm and\/or mysterious atmosphere. Although I am not completely carried away by vocals and\/or music, ‘Starlite one’ is certainly a nice album. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
