Het geluid van een dwarsfluit mengt zich prima met het orgelspel. Dan wordt er rock toegevoegd.<br>Sebastian heeft een flink stuk tekst, waarin hij zingt over het gedrag van de mens. Soms is de zang gestapeld. De stemmen samen vormen een mooie blend. Het meeslepende gitaarspel in instrumentaal stuk wordt afgewisseld met onder andere orgelspel. De structuur is toegankelijk gehouden.<br>De zin \u201c<em>Listen to the smell of the pretty picture<\/em>\u2019\u201d wordt een aantal keer herhaald. En dat is hier een prima keuze.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Greta Thunberg is misschien wel de bekendste jonge spreker, maar ze was zeker niet de eerste. Dat blijkt wel uit \u2018<strong>Severn Speaking<\/strong>\u2019. Delen van een toespraak van de activiste Severn Suzuki worden als sampling verweven in deze track.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De opbouw van \u2018<strong>Wasting Time<\/strong>\u2019 is vrij voorspelbaar. Sommige delen zijn vrij zoet, dit wordt doorbroken door rock. De tekst vertelt over de manier waarop de mens met zijn tijd omgaat, of eigenlijk verspilt. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Het intro van \u2018<strong>Life Part I<\/strong>\u2019 is een mix van toetsen en snaren, en hoge en lage tonen. Het is apart, maar boeiend. Hoewel het rustig overkomt, volgen de wendingen elkaar in hoog tempo op. Je hoort onder andere snel pianospel, vette bas grooves, en heerlijk gitaarwerk. Naast de wisselingen in tempo en volume in de muziek, is er ook variatie in het drumwerk. Sprankelend pianospel is de non-stop overgang naar \u2018<strong>Life Part II (metaphors)<\/strong>\u2019. Deze track heeft in eerste instantie een feel good sound. De rockende elementen zijn zeker ook aanwezig. De melodie is aangenaam, en blijft al snel in je hoofd kleven. De klein gezongen delen zijn zeer goed. De meer opzwepende delen kun je vrij snel meezingen. Het einde is strak en vrij onverwacht.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De uitspraak van Sebastian is zoals eerder gezegd, een beetje apart. Bovendien plakt hij soms twee woorden aan elkaar.
